4 Illegal Migrants Charged With Strangling 49-Year-Old Man

Four illegal immigrants were recently detained by law enforcement in Chicago, Illinois, and were charged with battery for strangling and robbing a man on the Pink rail line.

In a news release, Chicago Police identified the four unlawful migrants as Yonnier Guasamucare Garcia, 18, Carlos Carreno-Carreno, 20, Wilker Gutierrez Sierra, 21 and Fernando Loyo-Rodriguez, 22, who reportedly live at a migrant shelter in the 300 block of South Plymouth.

The illegal immigrants were detained for allegedly robbing and strangling the 49-year-old man as they neared Kostner station, located in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago. Approximately 45 minutes after the incident, police officers arrested the suspects at Pulaski station.

The arrest comes after a pair of unlawful migrants were charged with brutalizing two police officers of the New York Police Department (NYPD).

21-year-old Wilson Juarez and 19-year-old Kelvin Servita-Arocha were recently charged with taking part in attacking the NYPD officers on Jan. 27, 2024. The duo was arrested and is currently held without bail by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

In a statement, a spokeswoman for ICE, Marie Ferguson, told the New York Post that the detained illegal immigrants were members of a notorious Venezuelan gang.

“Both noncitizens have been identified as members of the Tren de Aragua transnational criminal organization,” Ferguson told the outlet.

The incidents involving illegal immigrants in Chicago and New York occurred because the Biden administration has refused to tackle unlawful migration in the U.S. Since President Joe Biden took office, waves of illegal immigrants have poured across the north and southern border, with millions making their way into the U.S.

Despite such high levels of illegal immigration, the Biden administration recently decided to water down the vetting process for Chinese unlawful migrants at the border. As such, officials are sounding the alarm that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) spies are possibly trying to infiltrate America.

Under Biden, notorious drug cartels have imported record numbers of fentanyl into the U.S., killing more than 100,000 Americans.

The crisis at the southern border previously harmed Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ reputation, with House Republicans voting to impeach the Biden administration official.
