The CPAC 2025 conference, which kicked off on Wednesday, has hosted a stellar lineup of conservative luminaries, with President Trump himself slated to make an appearance.

When queried about their stance on Vice President JD Vance’s performance, the approval ratings mirrored those of the president, with 99% expressing support and a remarkable 95% voicing strong approval.
This near-unanimous level of endorsement extended to the question of whether the initial weeks of the Trump administration have been the most favorable for the modern conservative movement in their lifetime, with 99% concurring and 94% holding strong convictions on the matter.

Looking ahead to the 2028 Republican Party’s presidential primary race, VP Vance enjoys a substantial lead over potential contenders, garnering 61% of conservative leaders’ support. Steve Bannon trails distantly at 12%, while Florida Governor Ron DeSantis secures third place with 7%.
The CPAC poll also delved into the pursuit of the President’s agenda, given the Republican control of both the House and Senate, inquiring about the importance of Congress swiftly passing Trump’s agenda. The response was resounding, with 99% indicating its significance and an impressive 97% deeming it “very” important.
