Since late 2020, Americans have been experiencing heightened anxiety about mysterious aerial phenomena, with numerous reports of unidentified objects, drones, and orbs appearing across the nation.

Recently, visitors at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, became part of this ongoing phenomenon when they spotted a mysterious red luminous object ascending through the night sky.

The incident, which quickly gained traction on TikTok, sparked intense speculation among users who were convinced they had witnessed a UAP (unidentified aerial phenomenon) of extraterrestrial origin.

“Yet more even bizarre aerial phenomena witnessed again by tens of thousands of people. They’ clearly want us to all see it now…” wrote one user on X.

While the sighting generated excitement among UFO enthusiasts, several social media users provided a more earthbound explanation, identifying the glowing streak as a SpaceX rocket launched from Cape Canaveral on December 16 at 7:52pm ET.

However, TikTok users remained skeptical of this explanation. “I’ve seen a lot of shooting stars,” one observer posted. “None have ever glowed red. It’s not a shooting star. It’s not firework.”

Despite local residents attempting to provide clarity about regular SpaceX launches in the area, many remained unconvinced. Brandon Harper, a former Disney theme park employee, tried to set the record straight: “That’s Space X. I live in Orlando, eight miles from Disney.”

Some viewers persisted with alternative theories, including speculation about Navy laser technology creating plasma orbs.

The phenomenon repeated itself a week later, as documented by another park visitor: “A park patron, who goes by Armand Luigi, Esq. on social site X.com, visited Disney on December 23, 2024 and reported seeing a similar eerie red glowing streak across the sky that was timed to SpaceX’s mission to launch 21 Starlink satellites late that night.”

“I was there and took this video in Epcot, Disney WORLD. We looked it up while it was happening, and it was a SpaceX Launch. The date was May 23, 2024 at 10:46 pm.”
