House Judiciary Committee Report Reveals 99 Terror Watch List Aliens Released Into US

A recent report by the House Judiciary Committee, titled “TERROR AT OUR DOOR: HOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS ADMINISTRATION’S OPEN-BORDERS POLICIES UNDERMINE NATIONAL SECURITY AND ENDANGER AMERICANS,” has revealed concerning details about national security lapses at the southern border during Vice President Kamala Harris’s time as border czar. The report highlights that from fiscal years 2021-2023, 250 illegal aliens on the terror watch list were encountered at the border, with 99 of them being released into the United States.

The report brings to light the case of eight Tajik nationals with potential ISIS ties, three of whom were released after using the CBP One app to schedule appointments at ports of entry. This incident underscores the dangers posed by inadequate vetting processes and the misuse of the CBP One app by potential terrorists.

Jake Schneider, the Rapid Response Director for the RNC, called the release of these suspected terrorists “UNFORGIVABLE” and labeled it “criminal negligence.” The report also highlights how systemic issues within the immigration court system led to an immigration judge granting bond to a potential terrorist due to a lack of access to classified information.

The Trump-Vance campaign and the RNC have been vocal in criticizing Harris’s handling of the border crisis, emphasizing the national security risks posed by the administration’s policies. They argue that the Biden-Harris administration’s failures have endangered American lives and undermined national security.

These findings have intensified calls for more stringent measures to address the vulnerabilities in the current system and ensure the safety of American citizens.
