Judge faces impeachment for letting criminal migrants enter

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) has initiated impeachment proceedings against Judge James Boasberg, a federal judge appointed by former President Obama. The reason behind this action is Boasberg’s ruling that compelled the President to allow the entry of violent criminal illegal aliens and gang members into the United States.

What makes this situation even more concerning is the fact that Boasberg’s decision was made despite his daughter’s involvement in defending violent criminal illegal aliens through her work. This revelation has led Gill to label Boasberg as a “committed anti-American communist” whose goal is to undermine the nation.

Gill’s decision to introduce articles of impeachment against Boasberg stems from his belief that the judge is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, warranting his removal from office. The term “Loomered” has been used to describe Boasberg’s situation, referring to the independent journalist Laura Loomer’s discovery of the conflict of interest between the judge and his daughter.

According to Loomer’s findings, Katherine Boasberg, the judge’s daughter, works for a far-left organization called Partners for Justice, which actively opposes “mass incarceration” of violent criminals and strongly advocates against deporting illegals, including violent felons. Notably, Katherine Boasberg’s bio includes pronouns, further solidifying her affiliation with the Left.

“I have exclusively uncovered a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST involving Judge James Boasberg, the Chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Boasberg recently made the decision to prevent the deportation of criminal illegal alien gang members on planes out of the country,” Loomer wrote.

Loomer’s investigation revealed that Katherine Boasberg’s role at Partners for Justice involves coordinating and administering grant activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of capacity-building programs to strengthen nonprofit infrastructure.

Alarmingly, Partners for Justice strongly opposes mass deportations and legislation targeting members of criminal gangs, and has been a vocal critic of the Laken Riley Act, which aims to address such issues.

The situation becomes even more concerning when Loomer uncovered a screenshot showing that Katherine’s employer, Emily Galvin-Almanza, tweeted an article about Judge Boasberg blocking Trump’s deportations of Venezuelan gang members.

Furthermore, Partners for Justice receives 76% of its funding from U.S. grants, meaning that taxpayers are effectively funding this conflict of interest and pro-criminal activity.

Loomer argues that due to this blatant conflict of interest, Boasberg has no choice but to recuse himself, as his family poses a national security threat. “Given his daughter’s employment at a group that advocates for criminal illegal aliens & is funded by US Government grants, Judge Boasberg should not be granted any sensitive information about deportation flights. His family is a national security threat,” she writes.

In a breaking development, Loomer reports that Katherine Boasberg has deleted her Instagram and LinkedIn accounts in the wake of this controversy. “Less than 12 hours after I exposed Judge James Boasberg’s conflict of interest with his daughter Katharine Boasberg, who works for a 501c3 called ‘Partners For Justice’ that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice, Katharine Boasberg has deleted her social media profiles,” Loomer stated.

Despite these attempts to cover up the situation, the truth has already been revealed. Gill and others are hopeful that the White House will soon be made aware of this information, if they are not already. The call for Boasberg and his “radical family” to be removed from their positions continues to gain momentum.
