Kelly: Turn Democrat Legal Tactics Against Them Now

Megyn Kelly is urging Donald Trump to employ similar legal tactics against Democrats that they’ve used to target him throughout his political career and business endeavors.

During her Friday broadcast, Kelly expressed her views on the Democratic Party’s use of legal warfare, suggesting they would regret their approach. She emphasized the importance of reciprocal action, specifically targeting Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton for alleged wrongdoings.

“These Democrats will rue the day they decided to use law fare to stop a presidential candidate. I’m not talking about violence. I’m talking about tit for tat. You just wait, and it won’t be Hunter Biden the next time. It’s going to be Joe Biden. It could potentially still be Barack Obama. It could still potentially be Hillary Clinton.”

She elaborated on reviewing statutes of limitations and potentially reviving expired cases, drawing parallels to the E. Jean Carroll case enabled by New York state legislation. “Turnabout is fair play. And John Yoo, an amazing lawyer who worked in the Bush administration, Department of Justice, has a great piece out today talking about how that’s the only way they’ll learn, the The only way to save the Republic now is to give them a taste of their own medicine. That’s it. That’s it.”

John Yoo has consistently voiced opposition to the left’s aggressive legal strategies against Trump, his inner circle, and his enterprises. Despite numerous attempts to undermine Trump’s position through various legal channels, these efforts have proven unsuccessful in breaking his resolve.

Yoo’s June statement emphasized that countering the left’s approach with similar measures might be the only effective response to their tactics.
