Amber Rose expressed indifference towards being “canceled” for her steadfast support of President Donald Trump, addressing the criticism she’s faced in recent times.

The 41-year-old model acknowledged that her conservative political stance resulted in a significant loss of followers during the previous year’s presidential election, but noted that critics have become silent since Trump’s return to office.

“During the election, I was canceled,” she told Maxim. “Now? All the naysayers are quiet. They see he’s already changing our country for the better.”

The mother of two, who co-parents with Wiz Khalifa and Alexander “AE” Edwards, emphasized the importance of confronting reality and engaging in challenging discussions to foster societal improvement.

“Unfortunately, the ‘woke’ left cancels people for having a different ideology,” Rose told the outlet.

“Fortunately for me, I don’t give a f–k and will always stand 10 toes down until the wheels fall off, regardless of what my beliefs may be.”

Rose revealed that her political views have evolved over time, having previously aligned with liberal ideologies.

“I used to be on the left and thought I was doing the right thing,” she explained. “That’s why it’s so important to have open conversations.”

She criticized the left’s approach, stating, “On the left, there’s no objective truth. It’s only about feelings. As a society, we all need to get back to reality and have these difficult conversations to bring us all back to a better place.”

The television personality also suggested she might venture into politics, though she remained non-committal about potentially joining the Trump administration, saying she still has much to learn despite her passion for politics.

Rose announced her upcoming television project, describing it as a platform for sharing her views on politics and current events.

Her political engagement peaked notably last year, culminating in her appearance at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee in July 2024. The event, which occurred shortly after an assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Penn., saw Rose deliver a primetime address about her journey to supporting Trump.

During her convention speech, she shared how her father encouraged her to investigate Trump’s policies and statements after initially being influenced by anti-Trump sentiment.

“My message to you tonight comes from a humble place. The left told me to hate Trump and even worse, to hate the other side, the people who support him,” she said during her speech.

“When you cut through the lies, you realize the truth. American families were better when Donald Trump was president. We were safer, wealthier, and stronger.”
