Mauricio Umansky’s romantic life appears to be heating up in Aspen, Colorado. The real estate tycoon was observed engaging in conversation with model Eryl Masters during a polo event on Thursday, mere days after his public display of affection with another woman in the same city.
The pair were seen deeply immersed in discussion while standing at a wooden railing. Both opted for casual attire, with Umansky sporting green cargo pants, a vibrant blue puffer jacket, and a red trucker hat, while Masters chose a more sophisticated ensemble featuring dark jeans, a fur coat, and western-inspired headwear.

Their encounter extended beyond the polo grounds, as they were later photographed walking arm-in-arm at Kemo Sabe, a popular western wear establishment. Masters attempted to maintain a low profile during their departure from the store, where Umansky appeared to have made a purchase.
This sighting follows Umansky’s recent romantic encounter with model Klaudia “K,” where the two were seen sharing an intimate moment after dining at the upscale Matsuhisa restaurant. During that evening, Klaudia demonstrated her affection by embracing Umansky as they shared a kiss.
Despite the apparent chemistry with Klaudia, who is 33, sources suggest the relationship isn’t serious. An insider revealed to Us Weekly that Umansky, who is separated from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, is simply enjoying casual dating. “He is dating around and is having fun,” they shared. “He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious.”
Before these recent romantic developments, Umansky was romantically connected to actress Nikita Kahn. Their relationship gained attention after they were seen kissing during a luxury vacation in July. However, Kahn recently confirmed to Page Six that their relationship had ended. “I wanted a committed, serious relationship, but he’s not ready for that right now,” she told us. “I left because I know what I want and deserve.”

According to an insider who spoke to us on Thursday, she was “hurt when she saw Mau kissing another woman for more reasons than one.” The source explained that seeing these moments in Aspen was particularly painful for the 55-year-old reality star, given the city’s significance in their relationship.

“Kyle and Mau have a family home in Aspen. They’ve traveled there countless times with their children, so it’s a place that has a lot of meaning for her,” our source explained.
The insider noted that while this isn’t the first instance of Umansky being photographed with other women, this holiday season marks their first apart since his move to a separate residence. “It’s been challenging to see that and it’s just a lot to process,” the insider added.
Umansky’s departure from their shared home occurred in May, following their announcement of separation after 27 years of marriage.
