Jennifer Aydin from “Real Housewives of New Jersey” is facing significant backlash after posting a video criticizing elderly workers and service staff at a Jersey Mike’s Subs airport location.
The incident unfolded when Aydin, 47, shared footage expressing frustration over extended wait times while ordering sandwiches before a vacation. She specifically targeted an elderly employee, criticizing their speed in preparing orders.
In honor of Jennifer Aydin being an insufferable elitist, I would like everyone who is out and about today to thank any service worker who is feeling the day, and be kind, let them know you are not in a hurry and you appreciate them. #rhonj pic.twitter.com/ak7QkgCsoS

“The 80-year-old that was working there, the amount of time she took to cut that bread was almost as much as we were waiting on that line. Geez,” she said in a video obtained by a Bravo fan account on TikTok.
“Everything was slow … we get it. It’s early in the morning, you’re in a bad mood, it’s New Year’s — you’re working. I’d be pissed, too.”
The situation escalated when Aydin attempted to add a tuna sandwich to her existing order. When staff requested she return to the line’s end, she sought permission from the next customer, who declined. This led to a heated exchange where Aydin began recording the scene.
During the confrontation, a customer identifying himself as a law professor threatened legal action if she posted his footage online, questioning the authenticity of her jewelry. Aydin retaliated by highlighting her celebrity status and her husband’s medical profession.
“I am a f–king celebrity, you asshole!” she told another waiting customer.
She’s still going, such a vile entitled human being. Kudos to the staff for keeping their cool as they were verbally berated. #rhonj #jenniferaydin pic.twitter.com/GtSI5Ok29X
