During a press conference at NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday, Keith Kellogg, President Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine negotiations, made it clear that no external party will dictate the terms of a peace agreement to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The decision to accept or reject any proposed settlement rests solely with Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people themselves.

Kellogg further revealed that plans are underway for him to visit Ukraine, where he intends to meet with President Zelenskyy in person. While the details of the trip have yet to be finalized, the objective is to facilitate direct communication and dialogue regarding the ongoing conflict.
