US Marshals Deliver Subpoena To Fani Willis

Georgia’s Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis—who is funded by Geroge Soros—was hand-delivered a subpoena by U.S. Marshals, according to the Daily Caller.

The dramatic move was necessary because Willis failed to accept a House Judiciary Committee subpoena over email.

The Judiciary Committee sent a subpoena to Willis on Feb. 2 requesting documents connected to her potential misuse of federal funds in her investigation of Donald Trump.
The move comes as concerns and reports continue to mount alleging Willis’ corruption as Fulton County’s DA, according to The Gateway Pundit.

Former Trump campaign official Michael Roman, a co-defendant in the Willis-led racketeering case, accused both Willis and Wade of misconduct.

In a court motion spearheaded by Roman’s attorney Ashleigh Merchant, Willis is accused of an “improper, clandestine personal relationship” with Trump special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Merchant’s motion lays out how and why the relationship is improper:

“The district attorney chose to appoint her romantic partner, who at all times relevant to this prosecution has been a married man. Admittedly, this is a bold allegation considering it is directed to one of the most powerful people in the State of Georgia, the Fulton County District Attorney,” the motion stated.

“Nevertheless,” the motion continued, “the district attorney’s fame and power do not change the fact that she decided to appoint as the special prosecutor a person with whom she had a personal relationship and who is now leading the day-to-day prosecution of this case.”

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported, “County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.”

The clandestine relationship potentially undermines Willis’ prosecution against Trump and others.

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan questioned Willis’s conduct on X:
“Did Fani Willis misuse federal grant money for personal benefit? Did she misuse Georgia taxpayer money for personal benefit? Why aren’t Democrats asking these questions?” Jordan posted.

Why indeed.

If a corrupt D.A. investigates the alleged corruption of her archenemy, who is watching the watchmen? In this case, it’s the U.S. Marshals.

If Willis doesn’t comply with the subpoena this time, U.S. Marshals might be coming to put her in cuffs.
